Good morning Patrick –

Thank you for reaching out to me.

I look forward to meeting with you, and have copied my assistant, Mel, so she can work with you to schedule the conversation.

Dr. Bichelmeyer,

My name is Patrick Gauding from GTAC. GTAC President Neill Kennedy, reached out in February to schedule a welcome/introduction meeting but of course, the pandemic has affected all of our schedules and communications. Although the “Hello!” meeting we had planned is not a priority, we do feel it’s very important to have a conversation about how our GTAs and KU can best move forward to fulfill our shared mission during this difficult time. Towards that end, I’d like to meet via Zoom on Monday, March 30th at 11am if that time is available to you. We understand how busy you must be right now, so please feel free to propose an alternate time/day and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs. We look forward to meeting you and establishing a positive working relationship between GTAC and KU.

Stay healthy,

Patrick Gauding
